On the next anniversary of the outbreak of the Second World War, we would like to present you with an exhibition of German photographs documenting the Polish defensive war, and the period after its end, taken using the stereoscopic technique.
This consisted of taking two photographs from a slightly different point of view, which, when placed simultaneously in a goggle-like stereoscope, gave the impression of a three-dimensional image. This type of photography was also used in photoplasticons.
You can see the exhibition from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Education Hall of the Army Museum at 7 Kilińskiego Street.
