PRICE LIST FOR RE-USING INFORMATION
I. The rates of charges for reusing information, in case of sharing or transferring public sector information for the purposes other than non-commercialones withthe research, scientific or educational backgrounds, are as follows:
1. via ICT system or digital photography saved on a digital CD/DVD – PLN20.00–40.00 (for 1 scan/ photo)
2. in paper form:
a) for one side of a print or colour print:
– in A4 format – PLN10.00,
– in A3 format –PLN20.00,
b) for one side of a print or black and white print:
– in A4 format – PLN7.00,
– in A3 format – PLN15.00.
3. in the form of audio or image recording on a digital medium – PLN20.00 for each recording medium;
4. in a manner or form other than those referred to in paragraph, a price will be determined in a form of an agreement on the individual basis, considering a type and a scope of the commissioned service.
II. The rates of charges for reusing information, if a preparation or a submission of information in the manner or form indicated in the request for reuse entails further costs, are in case of making available or transferring public sector information for the non-commercial purposes of the research, scientific or educational background, are as follows:
1. via ICT system or digital photography saved on a digital CD/DVD – PLN5.0 (for 1 scan/photo)
2. in paper form:
a) for one side of a print or colour print:
– in A4 format – PLN1.00,
– in A3 format – PLN2.00,
b) for one side of a print or black and white print:
– in A4 format – PLN0.50,
– in A3 format – PLN1.00;
3. in the form of an audio or image recording on a digital medium – PLN10.00 for each recording medium;
4. in a manner or form other than those referred to in paragraph, a price will be determined in a form of an agreement on the individual basis, considering a type and a scope of the commissioned service.
A non-commercial purpose is meant to be the activities other than gainful activities conducted to the benefit of the third parties.
6. No fees are charged for the re-use of information from entities exempt from these fees under the Act of 25 February 2016 on the re-use of public sector information.
