The works of the Team of Educators on the new cultural offer for adult inhabitants of Białystok and Ekne in Norway are getting to the end. From November 2022 till February 2023, members of the Team participated in the special training sessions. They got acquainted with the collection of the Army Museum in Białystok and the cultural activities conducted by the institution. They took part in an inspiring visit in the Falstad Centre. They learnt about the activities of the branches of Ksiaznica Podlaska. What is more, they participated in the multiple expert trainings including workshops on audience development or audience research methods based on educational workshops.
On the basis of the newly acquired knowledge and know-how exchange, draft proposals of cultural activities, attractive for adults, were drafted. Activities with audience are going to be realised on four housing estates in Białystok from May to August this year, and in September they are going to be continued in Ekne, Norway.
