The rates of charges for reusing information, in case of sharing or transferring public sector information for the purposes other than non-commercialones withthe research, scientific or educational backgrounds, are as follows:<br \/>\n1. via ICT system or digital photography saved on a digital CD\/DVD \u2013 PLN20.00\u201340.00 (for 1 scan\/ photo)<br \/>\n2. in paper form:<br \/>\na) for one side of a print or colour print:<br \/>\n\u2013 in A4 format \u2013 PLN10.00,<br \/>\n\u2013 in A3 format \u2013PLN20.00,<br \/>\nb) for one side of a print or black and white print:<br \/>\n\u2013 in A4 format \u2013 PLN7.00,<br \/>\n\u2013 in A3 format \u2013 PLN15.00.<br \/>\n3. in the form of audio or image recording on a digital medium \u2013 PLN20.00 for each recording medium;<br \/>\n4. in a manner or form other than those referred to in paragraph, a price will be determined in a form of an agreement on the individual basis, considering a type and a scope of the commissioned service.<br \/>\nII. The rates of charges for reusing information, if a preparation or a submission of information in the manner or form indicated in the request for reuse entails further costs, are in case of making available or transferring public sector information for the non-commercial purposes of the research, scientific or educational background, are as follows:<br \/>\n1. via ICT system or digital photography saved on a digital CD\/DVD \u2013 PLN5.0 (for 1 scan\/photo)<br \/>\n2. in paper form:<br \/>\na) for one side of a print or colour print:<br \/>\n\u2013 in A4 format \u2013 PLN1.00,<br \/>\n\u2013 in A3 format \u2013 PLN2.00,<br \/>\nb) for one side of a print or black and white print:<br \/>\n\u2013 in A4 format \u2013 PLN0.50,<br \/>\n\u2013 in A3 format \u2013 PLN1.00;<br \/>\n3. in the form of an audio or image recording on a digital medium \u2013 PLN10.00 for each recording medium;<br \/>\n4. in a manner or form other than those referred to in paragraph, a price will be determined in a form of an agreement on the individual basis, considering a type and a scope of the commissioned service.<br \/>\nA non-commercial purpose is meant to be the activities other than gainful activities conducted to the benefit of the third parties.<br \/>\n6.
