PRICE LIST OF SERVICES OTHER THAN VISITING<\/strong><\/p>\n

I. MAKING AVAILABLE COLLECTIONS AND ROOMS WITH A CONSENT TO PUBLICATION
\n1. Providing access to objects for filming, scanning, photographing and photocopying by the ordering party (depending on the value of the object) \u2013 PLN10.00\u201350.00 (for 1 object).
\nIf made available abroad (depending on the value of the object and distance) \u2013 PLN50.00\u2013250.00 (for 1 object).
\n2. For making available an exhibition for filming \u2013 PLN200.00\/1 hour.
\n3. Making available the exhibitions\/collections for the advertising publications (posters, calendars, postcards, etc.) \u2013 PLN300.00\u2013500.00
\n4. Making availablethe exhibition rooms, in particular for the sessions, conferences, seminars, training sessions \u2013 PLN100.00\u2013300.00\/1 hour.
\n5. Making available the negatives, diapositives and CDs \u2013 PLN10.00\/1piece.
\nII. PHOTOGRAPHIC, PHOTOCOPYING, SCANNING SERVICES WITH CONSENT TO PUBLICATION
\nFOR OTHER PURPOSES THAN NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
\n1. Photographing the collections, scanning the photographs by the Museum on commission (scanning not larger than A3 format) \u2013 PLN40.00\u201380.00 (for 1 scan\/photo)
\n2. Photographing large-size objects from the collections of the Museum (the Museum may refuse to take photographs because of a difficult access to the object) \u2013 PLN300.00
\n3. Photocopying or scanning of the non-serial publications (fragments) from the resources of the Museum Library or other documents not listed in the price list \u2013 PLN0.30\/1 page
\n4. Photocopying or scanning from the Special Collections \u2013 PLN10.00\/1 page
\nIII. PHOTOGRAPHIC, PHOTOCOPYING, SCANNING SERVICES WITH CONSENT TO PUBLICATION
\nFOR NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
\n1. Photographing the collections, scanning the photographs by the Museum on commission (scanning not larger than A3 format) \u2013 PLN10.00 (for 1 scan\/photo)
\n2. Photographing large-size objects from the collections of the Museum (the Museum may refuse to take photographs because of a difficult access to the object) \u2013 PLN100.00
\n3. Photocopying or scanning of the non-serial publications (fragments) from the resources of the Museum Library or other documents not listed in the price list \u2013 PLN0.20\/1 page
\n4. Photocopying or scanning from the Special Collections \u2013 PLN2.00\/1 page
\nIV. OTHER SERVICES NOT LISTED IN THE PRICE LIST
\n1. A search query in respect of the Museum collection \u2013 PLN 25.00\/1 hour
\n2. Other services related to the collections of the Museum \u2013 the price will be determined in a form of an agreement on the individual basis, considering a type and a scope of the service commissioned.
\nPLEASE NOTE: The price indicated together with a consent to the publication of the collection includes a one-time publication. In case of publications covering the various forms or multiple publications, a remuneration for the aforementioned is specified in a separate contract.
\nADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
\n1. In the exceptional cases, the Director of the Museum is entitled to give a discount on prices specified in the price list, however the fees after the discount must cover the direct costs of the service performance. The following are considered as the exceptional cases: a fulfilment of the charitable purposes, a service for the non-profit organisations and for the educational units to achieve their statutory objectives, provided that these entities do not use the items that are made available for the purposes of the economic activities conducted by them.
\n2. A consent to the service performance is expressed by the Director of the Army Museum in Bia\u0142ystokon the basis of the opinion of the manager of the concerned department of the Museum.
\n3. Rendering services should take into account all conservation requirements and respect the protection and security conditions of the museum objects.
\n4. Services not included in the price list are renderedas a part of a separate contract.
\n5. The Army Museum in Bia\u0142ystok will not charge anything for all services rendered to the benefit of other museums\u2013 pursuant to a principle of reciprocity.
\n6. No fees are charged for the re-use of information from the entities exempt from these fees under the Act of 25 February 2016 on the re-use of public sector information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
